We are open Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Saturday-Sunday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Last entry is one hour before closing. We are closed on major public holidays including Christmas Day, St. Stephen's Day, and New Year's Day.
General admission does not require advance booking, though we recommend it during peak periods. Guided tours, educational programs, and group visits require advance booking: 2 weeks for standard guided tours, 4 weeks for school groups, and 2 weeks for private tours.
Most visitors spend 2-3 hours exploring our permanent galleries. Guided tours last approximately 90 minutes. If you plan to attend special programs or spend time in our café, allow 3-4 hours for your visit.
Yes, our facility is fully accessible with step-free access, elevators to all floors, accessible restrooms, and designated seating areas. Guided tours receive full refund if cancelled 48 hours in advance, 50% refund for 24-48 hours, and no refund within 24 hours.
