For general admission, you may visit during operating hours without advance booking (subject to capacity). For guided tours, programs, and group visits, contact us at least 2 weeks in advance via phone (+353 1 567 8901), email ([email protected]), or our contact form.
When booking, provide your name, contact information, preferred date and time, number of participants, and any special requirements (accessibility needs, language preferences, specific interests).
We will confirm your booking via email or phone within 2 business days. Confirmation includes date, time, meeting location, payment information, and any preparation instructions.
Review any preparation materials provided. Plan your journey to our location at 19 Kildare Street, Dublin 2, D02 TD30. Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in.
